Question : Need help migrating to Access 2007 from 2003

Hi,
I'm unable to figure out how to do a couple of tasks within Access 2007 that I used to perform within Access 2003. They involve the reporting feature. I create a report with 2 levels of grouping.
Header 1: Title plus dept Header
Header 2: Job Title
Detail: Name, Total Current Hours, Hourly Pay Rate, Total Rate

Question 1: In Access 2003, I was able to go into Design mode and select the "Job Title" field and expand the size of it so that the long job titles did not get cut off on the report. In Access 2003, I was able to expand the text boxes within the Header Areas without affecting the detail or other areas. In Access 2007, when I try to expand the "Job Title" box it pushs EVERYTHING
to the right.  It seems like the Header are now linked the the page headers. It won't allow overlap. I am going to upload screen shots because I know this sounds confusing. I'm using the stepped outline and a landscape output.
Question 2: I used to be able to export the report with the grouping and sorting into an Excel worksheet. I cannot see how to do this task in Access 2007.
Thank you
Audrey

1. >
This is becasue most Reports created by the Wizard in Access 2007 have a "Layout" that  links the controls.

You must "Remove the layout.

In design view of the Report, seleect all the controls in the report (Or just the controls you want to seperate)
Then Click:
Arrange
Then from the "Layout" section click "Remove".

2. The ability to Export Access to Excel was not available when Access 2007 was first released.
It has since been ressurected with Service pack 2 for office 2007.
