Question : MS Access 2003 - Screen on one PC will not display records

I have an MS Access Application that displays information on a form. Also on this form is a button the  user can click that will query a table in another mdb fille and display in a second form records related to the first form. Everything work fine on all PCs except one. On that one the user can cllick on the button and the form opens but does not display the associated records. The screen detail area dispalys white areas where the records are supposed to be displayed
    Everyone else who does the same steps to produce the related records has no trouble with the form. It opens and dispays the records on the screen.
There is no security on this MDB file. All users have the same rights to the subdirectory. Everyone is accessing the same database and all are entering from the same MDB file.

Question: Does anyone have any idea what may be preventing this one PC from displaying these records while all the other PCs have no problem displaying the records.

What is the version of the ms access in this pc? it should be ms access 2003 or greater. I have experience same problem  using  msaccess 2000 to run the application made from ms access 2003 (although the format version of the mdb is 2000), for some reason my ms access database does not work. switching to ms access 2003 solve the problem.
