Question : Shift + Deleted Emails from Inbox and now I need to recover them.

I have someone that did a Shift + Delete of old emails from thier inbox. This permanatly deleted the emails. When you go to recover deleted items those items do not show up to be recovered. Does anyone have a simple solution to this problem?

Sometimes it does, but you have to try it from multiple folders.  High light the inbox, and then try to tools ... recovered deleted items.
