Question : Photoshop 7.0 question

Photoshop 7.0. How resize image to predefined size(from big size), how to turn a picture on one side on near 30 degrees? how to add text near the image?

Answer : Photoshop 7.0 question

1. Go to the Image menu and select Image Size...
a. you will then get a pop up window that lets you change the image size in pixels, inches, etc
b. you can also change resolution there

2. go to Image menu and select Canvas size
a. make your canvas wider and taller (experiment on the best size for this)
b. select the layer you wantt o work with or flatten everything down to above the background
c. select edit - transform - rotate
d. at the top you will see a place to enter the degrees you want to rotate the layer

3. add text by clicking on the T in the toll bar
a. if your tool bar is not showing go to 'window' and click on Tools
b. across the top you will see a place to select a font, fint size, color, etc
c. once you have added your text you can rotate it the same way if you want it to be tilted like the other part of the picture.
