Question : Open Mailbox of Other User in Outlook 2007?

I would like to be able to view another users mailbox in my folder list in Outlook 2007. I know I can go to File-Open-Other USers Folder, however I do not want to do this. In 2003 I was able to add that users mailbox in tools-email accounts-advanced, however when I add the users mailbox (which I have full permission to) it shows up in my folder list except I get the following error when i click on the folder to actually view it "Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the specified folder location" and If I double click on it I get and explamation with "cannot expand the folder". Is this possible to do this way still in outlook 07 because it doesnt seem to work the way it does in 2003. Thanks!

You just go into the email account then view/change email accounts then more options then advanced where it says open this mailbox also you input it here
