Question : Google search history

When I go to google and type in a search topic a list of previously searched items pop up. How can I get rid of this? I tried deleting my history and cookies in tools-internet options, but this did not fix that problem. Any suggestions?

LeeHenry Sysco's comment will do the job. The thing is it clears out all auto complete stuff. Things you may wish to keep. Clearing the Auto Complete is an all or nothing kind of thing. If don't mind then so what asyscokid said. If you want to have control over what is deleted then give the method I outlined a try. :>)
