Question : PDF to Excel

Could someone help me with the converstion from PDF to Excel?  I know that there are free applications on line, I am just in a situation that I need this badly next 30-40minutes and I am woking on PC where I can not download anything nor install application that would do it.  Please help me with it.

Ctrl+V
edit to replace blanks that are between columns into tabs
save as text file
open from excel
