Question : New blank document has blue background

Every time I open a new document in Word 2002, the background is blue. How do i get it to white like normal and keep it that way?

Answer : New blank document has blue background

Tools-Options-General tab, there is an option for blue background and white text. Make sure this is not selected.
Another option would be to delete the normal.dot file. Launching Word after deletion of this file automatically recreates it.
