Question : Automatically export xml-file from updated MS Access 2003

Is there some way its possible that MS Access 2003 can be set to automatically export xml.
I have a frontend-asp-solution to update the Access-database with - for example - constant changes of soccermatches, but since I need the results as xml, I need an automatic export-function everytime there's even the smallest update of the results.
The results should be shown in a flash datagrid.
I have no idea how to make macros if that's how it should be solved, so I hope someone could supply the neccessary code.
