Question : Exchange 2003 Queue wont empty after message delivered

Our queue won't delete.   The number of messages is at 0 but the domain under name column won't delete, we have 20,000 of these.  It doesn't seem ot effect performce because we are receive and sending with a normal time frame but they are just sitting there for 5 days now. What do I need to do to "dump" them?  Please see attachemnt (bmp fie opens to snapshot of the queue)Thanks

Delete the temp tables. Emails could be stuck there:
