Question : Outlook 2003 hangs at 95% when performing send/receive

Hi there,

I seem to be having an intermittent problem with our office email.  From time to time, when doing a send/receive, the Outlook client will hang at 90-95%.  We have to cancel the process in Outlook, at which point it sometimes does it again, at other points it will complete without any problems.

Our system is configured as follows:

- Windows XP SP2
- Office 2003/Outlook 2003
- Exchange Server 2003 running on a Windows 2003 standard edition platform

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this and more importantly, how we might be able to fix it? :)

remove 'cached mode' from you outlook profile and test again
