Hi, what does it mean ? i found this one in userenev.log file ?

ImpersonateUser: Failed to impersonate user with 5.

I am having serious problem, while running everything smoothly, suddently windows xp mechine or even my windows 2003 server cant get access any sysvol file or any share, and it slow down whole network. and windows xp pc get this error messages event id 1030 and 1054 . I tryed allmost every solution. but still having same problem .
