Question : zshp1020.exe flooding Windows Task Manager
zshp1020.exe is running over 1000 times in Windows Task Manager and locks up the server about once a week. This is running on a Windows 2003 Server. This has 3 users that connect to it and do Quickbooks using terminal server. Any ideas as to why more and more instances of this keep showing up and eventually locking up the PC. I am sure 1 of the users that connects remotely has a HP LJ 1020.

Take a look at this article http://www.mojocode.com/node/69 it talks directly about zshp1020 and that it is a monitoring tool used by HP that tends to run away, and opening multiple instances of itself finally clogging up the server. This is how several have resolved the problem
