Question : How can i disable Firewire via GPO or via the registry?
I have a security requirement to disable a slew of things on a large group of laptops and desktops. Including USB storage, bluetooth, cd/dvd writers, basically any type of removable storage.
I've successfully disabled everything except firewire ports. Does anyone know of an adm template that does this? Or a registry setting to disable it? Or perhaps a built-in firewire GPO setting?
Thanks in advance for any info!!

I have attached a Microsoft document that shows how to create a custom ADM file to allow you to do this.
