Question : Printing handout view in powerpoint
I am printing slides out in powerpoint and selecting handout prints. I then select 4 handouts per page and when it prints there is space around all 4 sides of each slide and a lot of wasted space. Is there any way to print handouts, 4 per page and have them take up the whole page ?

You can either send to Word and modify the output within Word yourself or use an add-in like Hand Out Wizard. An alternative: save the slides as images, Click File, Save As, choose JPG. Then use the Photo Album feature to insert 4 images per slide to create your handouts as a new PowerPoint file: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/powerpoint/HA011593111033.aspx?pid=CH010017291033 You can easily resize the images as desired.
