Question : Can't use NTbackup on ISA Server - Error 11, 12292

I'm not sure where to post this, but a good Windows 2003 guy should be able to help

I have ISA Server 2004 running on a 'out-of-the-box' locked-down solution DL320 provided by HP as a 'bundle' ... it's cool ... so good, in fact, I've got 2 ... one for another site which I administer and both systems are displaying the same symptoms (so we know it's not a local misconfig. issue)

Anyway ... i'm trying to use the good ol' NT Backup (or whatever it's called) that's native to Windows ... i'm trying to back up the System State ...

The minute it actually starts, it fails ... and in the event log I get 2 errors, (at least) ... 11 and 11292 ...

They look something like this ...

11 .... Volume Shadow Copy Service information: The COM Server with CLSID {65ee1dba-8ff4-4a58-ac1c-3470ee2f376a} and name SW_PROV cannot be started. [0x80070422]

11292 ... Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Error creating the Shadow Copy Provider COM class with CLSID {65ee1dba-8ff4-4a58-ac1c-3470ee2f376a} [0x80070422].

Before I go trawling the terrible ISA documentation, does anyone else know what this is ... i'm assume *something* has been locked down as a security measure.

S.S.
