Question : Error in ghost image

hello dear expert .... my question is about NORTON GHOST ..... realy .. i got amembership with this site ONLY AND JUST ONLY for this question which will be here .... for sure i will explain the whole matter ...... but pleeeeeeeeeeeeeese .... please ... please ... try to find any solution to my problem to be solved ..... by the way i am computer eng .... now ... for the question ... i got an image ghost from somewhere and made by somebody ... and when i recived this image it came like this ... [ CDR00001.GHO & ghost.GHO & CDR00002.GHS ] those three files with the following sizes [ 27 GB & 17 GB & 2 GB ] so now ... when i try to open the file CDR00001.GHO message came like this [ this is a ghost spam extent file . please load the base ghost amge file ] and when i try to open file ghost.GHO message came like this [ invalid drive details . this is brobably is not ghost image file ]
i tried Ghost v 9.0 and Ghost v 10.0 from WINDOWS and i tried Ghost 2003 and Ghost v8.2 from DOS
and i will loss my mind .......at end nothing happened so pleeeeeeeeeeease .help me
i belive that there is nothing impossible in life .

the computer's HDD, which you say made by somebody, has a different size than your current one. maybe your current one is smaller. try validating the image files by ghost.exe. if validation completes successfully, check the sizes between HDDs the one which the image set created from and the current one that you want to deploy to. by the way change the extension of CDR00001.GHO to CDR00001.GHS and try running ghost.gho if possible, try downloading or getting Ghost Solution Suite 2.0. Only the ghost explorer of GSS 2.0 is capable of exploring NTFS ghost images.
