Question : Disk quota entries: "Account Information Unavailable" - what should I do with these?

I have 4 such entries.  I assume they are old account names that I have deleted from the server. One of them covers 5 gigabytes of files.

What should I do about these?  How can I clean up the system so that all files have recognised account permissions?

Try to Right click on one of the folders that contains the files, Click Properties.

Then Click the Security Tab, And Click the ADVANCED button at the bottom.

Then Click the Owner tab and threw there you should be able to transfer the ownership to your administrator account.

At that point you can delete the files.
