Question : Reference links to other workbooks are broken

Hello,
I have an Excel sheet with some of our companies fiscal data for a certain month. I have cells that refer to other workbooks totally separate workbooks. When I open this workbook i cannot see the values of the cells that are linked to other workbooks. However, when I open the workbook that is being referenced that value shows up.
