I get the error message ...referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be read".  Whenever I close ceratin programs, such as Azureus(p2p) and Internet Explorer.  This just started happening afterI installed some new Windows Upddates, and it is very annoying.  Restarting doesn't help.  I looked in "Add or Remove Programs" but the last dated update is from February, even though I just installed the updates yesterday.  I already had SP2 before now, these were just some "critical" updates.

Try a system restore to a previous date !
