Question : minimums Files to boot a custom small Win Xp system

Hello experts,

I have problem, I need to build  a custom small Win Xp system to excute an application that
performs mantein jobs to "really" XP system in other partition, then I need to know the minimums Files to boot
and  the files that I need to modify to execute at the start process  my  32bit app (this app are as a desktop system, and
when this ends the tasks then active the "really" system partition and restart the pc)

I think you might be able to use BartPE as the foundation for that.
