I need a program that can take my picture and to make
it in circe shape and not square like it now?

Answer : how to curve the picture edges?

Open the background image in PSP.  Then, if you're wanting the foreground image to be in the circle shape, follow my above instructions.  When you get to the copying and pasting part, just paste the foreground image onto the background image as a new layer (should be a paste option under the edit menu).  Then just save your image as a jpeg or something and you're all done.
