Question : SQL Reporting Services - Service Unavailable

I have set up SRS 2005 on an IIS server with a remote SQL server database. When I browse to http://localhost/reports from the IIS server I just get a page that says Service Unavailable. Obviously, I'm doing something wrong. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I did both of these to no avail. I then uninstalled Reporting Services, reinstalled, ran through Microsoft's "How to: Install a Local Report Server and Remote Report Server Database" and it still didn't work. Then I ran iisreg and it worked. Thanks.
