Question : Citrix  drive mapping problem

A remote site is connecting to our main system via citrix (Presentation Server 4) over the internet, no direct line.
The remote client has a drive mapped to a server in the same remote office (For example the S: drive), however when the remote client connects via citrix this S: drive cannot be seen within the citrix session.
I want to be able to access this drive to retrieve files.
Is ther a way of seeing this drive within citrix?

Answer : Citrix  drive mapping problem

Sorry, been awfully busy the past days.
Anyway, when you create the policy as I described above, you can access the mapped drive by opening Explorer or the Run menu and entering \\client\N$ (replace N$ with the drive letter as mapped on the client; do NOT replace "client"!).
You can check whether the network drive mapping was successful at all using
change client /view
Assuming you know the drive letter that's mapped, and it's always the same, you can add the following line (replace the drive letter with the one you're actually using) to the TS logon script to map this drive automatically:
change client N: N$
You can of course map to a different drive letter as well (if your users will still find it); in this case, replace the first drive letter with the one you want to use on the server.
