Question : Copying and Pasting Files Through Citrix

I have a Citrix server for remote access. We just installed a new Win2003SBS server. When my users connect to Citrix server I have the following problems,
1- Network Places gives me a runtime error, Reference to Nethood.http
2- Can not copy files to Desktop but if I choose "send to desktop it works"
3- Can I also copy files from my Citrix Desktop to my Local Desktop.

Krazy:  see above.. he wanted to find a way to use drag & drop or copy/paste directly to the local desktop (which both of us now say is not possible).  Using the mapped local drives was not a preferred method  but maybe will be the only option....
