Question : Error 37000 'Syntax error or Access Violation'

I am running SQL 6.5 SP5a and I changed my security from Standard to Integrated and then switched it back to test something.  Now when I try to update or access a Memo field using a VB App I am writing I get this error, unless I am signed onto the database as the owner of the tables and SPs in which case it works.  I have given my user every right there is in SQL and I cannot get this to work.  I have also searched Microsoft and have found nothing.  I have a couple of clients that have run into this also.  If anyone has any ideas please let me know.  Thank you.

Answer : Error 37000 'Syntax error or Access Violation'

Two possibles solutions:

1. Try to run again the SQL6.5 SP5a
2. Check the right of the network login name on the DOMAIN.  When the integrated security is applied, the login name of the users should have the good right on the DOMAIN.
