Question : Sql server agent service doesn't start

Running Small Business Server 2003 premium.  Running SQL server 2000.

Each time I reboot the server, the SQL Server agent service refuses to start.
If I start it manually, it starts fine.

What must I do to fix this?

Answer : Sql server agent service doesn't start

I assume it is not something as simple as having set the option to start the agent automatically when SQL Server starts (right-click database in Enterprise Manager, select Properties, and look in the General tab for the option Autostart SQL Server Agent)?
