Question : flash movie will not autoplay when served by IIS

Hello All,
I have a swf animation file which will load and play automatically when deployed to web server A and accessing the file from my laptop and IE) but when the same file is copied to server B and I try to access the file again it will only load and I have to manually select the option to play the file. the swf file is located under the target web with the invoking html file and the ac_runactivecontent file. (see Code Below for these two files)

Note: I notice that if I map directly to the file location in explorer and then open the file with IE on either server A or server B from my laptop then the file will load and autoplays as expected. so it appears to be something with the way IIS is handling the file on server B but I have compared the settings between the servers and they seem to be identical, any help would be appreciated on how to troubleshoot this issue since I am not familiar with flash/shockwave. (Thanks in advance)

Answer : flash movie will not autoplay when served by IIS

It is possible (although not probable) that the "bad" server has its MIME types for flash setup incorrectly.

The only other thing that springs to mind is some weird path error that would not be visible to me just by looking at the source code.  I would have to try to browse the web page to check for that.
