Question : Dropdown list Dependant on another Dropdown list - Excel

I have a Worksheet that has several lists defined on it.  The first is "Title", 2nd is "PLC", 3rd is "CorpPLC".  There is another list that is called "Site".

I have a dropdown on a different worksheet with the validation source set to "=Site".

I have a 2nd dropdown on that sheet that needs to be dependent on the value chosen in the Site dropdown.  If the Site = Corporate, I need the Titles that are used for Corporate.  If the site = Offsite, I need the Titles that are used for Offsite.  All of the Title list is used for "Offsite", and the "Corporate" list is all but about 7.

I am pulling my hair out, so any help would be greatly appreciated :)

There you go fixed that as soon you change the value of B3..the validation list of B5 would get changed basis of what you said...
