Question : Outgoing mail server

I have moved in with a friend and now connect to the Internet through email server via hub.  I can receive mail with no problems but I can't seem to send anything out since I've connected to my friend's hub.  Can someone give me an outgoing mail server that will work no matter which ISP I use?

I am not sure if there are anymore "free" smtp servers out there, even if there are any most of them are categorised to be spamming servers because spammers misuse those SMTP servers.

I suggest you find out what ISP you are using. Find out the SMTP server for that ISP, and then in the setting for your mail account check the "My Server requires authentication" and then login using the ID and pwd that is associated with the ISP.
