Question : Transfer from a AD domian windows 2000 to a different domain name on windows 2003

We have a windows server 2000 Active directory with 50 users: domian name abc.local and we have another windows 2003 Active directory with 60 uers: domian name xyz.local.

Is there a way to migrate the windows 2000 users in to the windows 2003 domain so that i can have them all under one domain name as i have more licenses now for the windows 2003 server?
