This is the scenario:
Assume, in SharePoint, you are the Site Collection Administrator. There are multiple users in SharePoint who have created their personal site(MySite). If any of those user's need specific help or support regarding their MySite(assuming user's are in 100's) , then you would require to go in person and address their queries(it is already assumed that you have initially trained the user's). To prevent this, is there a way, that you could be able to view the mysite of each of those individual user's and would give them the required guidance. If not out of the box, then is their a tool available for the same?
