Question : How do I open port 443 on ISA Server 2004 for Outlook Web Access from Exchange Server 2007?

I'm trying to set up Outlook Web Access for Exchange Server 2007.  It works fine if I access it from inside the network but not from the net.  If I do a port scan I see that port 443 is closed.  How do I open it on an ISA Server 2004?
