Question : Exchange OMA Problem

Hello,
I currently use exchange 2003 and SBS Server.  I was having problems accessing my OMA from my wireless device.  After all said and done, I was receiving this error: "Outlook(R) Mobile Access is supported only on Microsoft(R) Exchange Server 2003. Currently your mailbox is stored on an older version of Exchange Server. Please contact your system administrator for additional assistance."
After some research on this site, I had found this fix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817379/EN-US/.  Unfortunately, I had to go with the more invasive fix which was solution # 2.  (It would not let me use solution #1 as it gave me an error saying something about my RPC over HTTP is already set as a back end server)  After following all instructions to method 2, I get an error message saying: HTTP Error 403.6 - Forbidden: IP address of the client has been rejected.
Internet Information Services (IIS).  I followed all instructions exactly.  Any ideas?

I find that 817379 has some problem and have my own version.

The article will actually not resolve the problem in some cases because if you don't change some settings before doing what it suggests you simply bring the duff configuration across.
