Question : Delete messages older than 90 days in storage group

I have about 100 "resource mailboxes".  Outside user send trouble tickets and various other things in these resource mailboxes and they are entered into our ticket system.  Problem is no one is properly managing these mailboxes.  I have seperated them all into a resource storage group on exchange.  So I was wondering if there was a way to configure the mailboxes to delete items older than 90 days without having to log into each and create outlook rules.

If I could enable a rule to apply to the entire storage group that would be great.  But even if it's a setting I have to do individually that's okay as long as I can do it from the exchange management console.

Your help is appreciated.

Hi Mike,

If you look at Step 4 in Link number 2, it will show you how to apply the Policy to specific mailboxes.

Infact here is a Virtual Lab at Microsoft that you can go through to see how it works
