Question : Exchange max Database size question.

I've just started noticing this event in my event logs:

Exchange Store 'First Storage Group\Mailbox-store (server name)': The logical size of this database file is 63GB. This database size is approaching the size limit of 69GB.

Is there a way that I can increase the database size?

Basically, I'm just wondering what I need to do here.../ what are my options?

Make sure the user are not logged into outlook or outlook web when you do move them becaus if you do it will currupt their box and thats not fun to fix.
