Question : Exchange 2007 - no free/busy information available - using Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 clients

Exchange 2007 on Win2k3 R2 X64 SP2- no free/busy information available - using Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 clients.   Information available in OWA.   I've tried both an RPC client as well as standard exchange client using Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2003 (SP2) no luck - shows the hash lines and no free busy data.   When I open OWA, I can see free busy status when adding them to the invitees
