Question : No Free/busy information could be retrieved for certain users

We (company A) recently joined our parent company (company B) mail org and domain. Free busy in company A works fine between our servers but we cannot see company B free busy. All the relevant servers have been added to the replication schedule but still we cannot see their free busy.

Ive turned up diag logging for public folders, I forced hierarchy replication from company A server and i can see the messages being sent but they are never received by the company B server.  

If i track the messages it gets to
SMTP: Message Submitted to Categorizer
and then nothing. Similar result if i force hierarchy replication from company B server Any suggestions?
