I am very concern here, as you can see from the error message the email was bounce back from transeo.com but I sent the message to intego.com. I did a test send from yahoo.com and it went through. Could my exchange be hijack? someone hacked my server to relay off another server to copy down all outgoing email? Any suggestion to tackle this problem will be greatly apprieciated.

I know where it is in Exchange 2003, hopefully it's in the same place for 2007.
Open Exchange System Manager, Expand Administrative Groups, then the Administrative group your server is in (probably called First Administrative Group). Expand Servers, Then Your Server Name, Then Protocols, then SMTP.
Right click on your SMTP Virtual Server (Probably called Default SMTP Virtual Server) and Select Properties. Click on the Delivery Tab at the top, then click on Advanced at the bottom right of the window.
In the Advance Delivery Window - in the box labeled Fully-Qualified domain name: Type in the name of your server that the rest of the world uses to connect to you and deliver mail. (yours is smtp.mocana.com) then click ok, then click Apply, then OK again. You should be all set at that point.
