Question : OWA attempt returns Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

I Just started providing support for this server.  Users claim OWA stopped working 2-3 months ago.  Ports TCP 80 and 443 opened on router, directed to server.  I can ping the URL and correct IP returned from DNS, although no response to ping.

Exchange working with no problems sending or receiving.  Just can't access with OWA.

Not sure what happened to this.  Called host, left message, no response, came back from vacation and it was working.
