Question : Who deleted mail from public folder
Mail is delivered to a certain public folder. The procedure is to move mail with certain subjects into a subfolder where they are processed. Supervisor is finding many messages in the "Recover Deleted Items" folder. He wants to know who is deleting them. I know I can turn on logging on the server to track who deletes a FOLDER but this is mail items inside a folder. Can I find this out?
Answer : Who deleted mail from public folder
Exchange cannot log down to item level. The level of logs would be too high.
I don't think it is possible to find out who is deleting the items.
Simon.
