Question : Spam mail from a valid account
Hi Experts,
we are receving more spam mails with my same domain name.
ex- sender id is -
[email protected]
TO id is
[email protected]
While I check message header I find that the original sender is different!!!
Could someone please tell me how does this happen, even with AS software positioned in place? Is there any way to block this type of email?
Thanks,
Anupam
Answer : Spam mail from a valid account
Spammer uses some kind of E-mail spoofing technology to send such SPAM mails. If the SPAM mails are coming from same IP then you may configure your spam filter solution to block such mails, else you may have to set up some content filtering.
