Question : multiple email address, single mailbox, send as either or

We have a user with multple smtp email addresses to a single mailbox. The user would like to be able to have the choice to send as one of the non-primary smtp addresses. We are using exchange2003 with outlook2003.

In Exchange if you assign more than one email address to user then he will only be able to recive mails on all those address in outlook but if he wants to send from secondary email address then it is not possible.
