Question : Print a report with three colums by 4 rows and with duplex printing

Hello,
I have a report on letter paper of name badges. 3 across and 4 down. I also want to print corresponding data on the back. I do not want to print one badge per sheet, hence the difficulty. The reverse also has to have the same orientation top to bottom per badge because the badge has a bar code at the bottom on both sides. Much thanks in advance

You will have to design two reports.

One for the Front and one for the back.

Or you can simply copy the front report, and change the fields to be the fields you need for the back.
It is critical that the two repots be centered Horizontally and Vertically.
This is so they will not be "skewed", when printed together.

If you have a printer that prints in "Duplex", this will be easy, if not then you will have to send a "Front" sheet through your printer to see which way the paper needs to be "Flipped" to print the "Back".

Please not that this will not be perfect.
All printers distort, and the mechanical tolerances of each printer can vary.

It may take a fair amout of trial and error to keep tweaking the badge locations until it is as good as it will get.
