Question : Missing enrty in GAL

We have added a new distribution list in Exchange 2003 that does not show up in the GAL on client PCs using Outlook 2003 or 2007.  Client Pcs using Outlook 2002 can see the group, however, in their address books.

How long have you waited, and are the newer versions in cached mode?

It can take up to 24 hours for cached mode machine to download the offline address book which will have the changes.
