Question : Windowing

Can anyone point / tell me how to setup windowing (TCP/IP)? do you do it from the Srv if you have a D/C?
If so is it config via GPO? Dose it also need to be setup on the client PC? I can't find anything on line that I can read up on.

Please let me know if you are planning to change the defaults, and if so why you are choosing to do so.

We leave them at defaults where I am.
