Question : Patching TCPIP.sys file version 5.1.2600.3394

Hello Experts

I have a problem with TCPIP.sys limiting my connection, I need any tool to patch the half open connections limit, or a Hex trick that can point me to edit the file and fix the limit.

Any help or advise is appreciated.

Note:
Removing the security update "KB951748" is not an option.

That is weird, because I downloaded the file you provided, searched for the HEX string 00 0A 00 00 00 B8 as I said in my original message (enter it as 000A000000B8 and XVI32 puts the spaces between the bytes for you), and it took me right to the location 4F7A1 (with the 0A byte at position 4F7A2).
