Question : Aborting an XP repair install

I began an XP repair installation, but before proceeding with it discovered there was nothing wrong with my current installation.  How can I cancel it?  I tried fixboot and fixmbr but it always comes back to the installation setup.

he's not talking about the recovery console, he's doing an actual recovery install.

That being said, to my knowledge I haven't seen anything on how to do this...I'd say just go through with it, it'll only replace system files. Aslong as it is the "repair install" and your not just installing on top of the other install, it shouldn't change much but maybe change your desktop.
