i asked,

hmmmm are u sure u spelled it correctly >> wuarclt.exe
and its not >> wuauclt.exe

coz if its wuauclt.exe, then its valid and its Windows Update
but if its wuarclt.exe, then its NOT valid, search ur hard drive for it and delete this file !!
