I try to install Netware5.1 and i am new on Netware, after install it , i would like to create user in Netware, but when i go to console => my network => tree, it prompt Tree , context, user name , password, i try so many times to enter, but still cannot enter the tree For example the tree is called " Novell " O( Organisation) is called " 123 "
then how can i enter the tree? i try all are not work Tree Novell or 123_Novell or Novell Context 123 or 123.Novell or O=123 User Name 456 or 456.123 or CN=456 password 456
After reinstall it, i can enter NDS tree to create object in Netware 5. However, i want to enter Netware Service in Microsoft Windows and i can install the Netware Service for Microsoft Client. But I cannot execute the NWAdmn32.EXE which file is in NW:\sys\public\Win32 directory. IT said i miss the .dll file and prompt me to reinstall it, but i dont know where can i find this program because i cannot find in the Netware CD. Anyone know how can i do and solve this problem? thx everyone to reply in advance

You cannot run the later versions of Netware requestor in the OS/2 Win compatibilty 'box'. There is a special native OS/2 Netware requestor that can be found on the Novell site -- I believe it's not supported anymore but I used it against a Novell 5 network sucessfully at my last job. I think the Novell OS/2 Client has a very low version number 2. something -- but it's the last(?) one they made. The client contains special dll's that will let you access the Novell network from OS/2's Dos/Win 'boxes' too. Hope this helps....
